Sanjeev Midha is a services industry executive and former BCG principal with 20+ years of experience in strategy consulting, P&L ownership, and enterprise function leadership. As a hands-on executor, he is adept at developing, instrumenting, and executing margin expanding transformation strategies.

Sanjeev has a track record of driving impact in organizations with revenues ranging from $20M to $15B, including high growth, acquisition-driven environments and mature, margin-focused companies. His industry experience spans education, food & facilities services, manufacturing, and healthcare – all complex operational environments where front-line execution is critical.

Sanjeev received his MBA from the Wharton School and Mechanical Engineering Degree from Purdue University. He lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two sons, and is an active board member and advisor for education nonprofits.
